Use the time to send a text or email. And don’t worry about parking.

When you ride with members of your community, you’ll save a lot compared to driving alone or paying an Uber, Lyft, or taxi. Choosing to share a ride with Roam™ will reduce your carbon footprint to help our climate – and you’ll meet new people in the places you already go.

Verified Members

Every member will be triple verified by their identity, their address, and proven routes, before becoming eligible for match suggestions.

Trip Matching

Trip matches are suggest based on overlapping routes. You choose if and when to share a trip with someone. Some match suggestions may be people you already know; all of them will be with verified members in your community.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is our highest priority. Home addresses and trip routes are never visible to other members. Pickup locations are shared only among members who have agreed to ride together. These locations are chosen by the member driver and located a few turns away.

Your Safety

All rides are local and community-driven by other verified members. And since no one will ever try to make a living with the Roam™ app, there’s no incentive to drive or park dangerously, like some of the ride-selling contract drivers do.

The Roam™ CONCEPT

Our marketplace for shared rides leaves the big decisions to you, our members.

Whether you join the Roam™ marketplace as a trip driver or a rider, your trips will always reflect your choices. The more you use the Roam™ app to schedule and complete your daily trips, the more the app will suggest matches among those nearby whose trips have similar starting points and routes.

Trip drivers will choose to whom they offer rides while riders will choose from whom they request rides. Our marketplace will enable you to drive others on one day and be a rider the next day. And matches will only happen when trip drivers and riders both choose to travel together. This foundation of member control will offer you and everyone around you a new form of mobility.

True Ridesharing

Ride-sharing is not ride-selling. Instead of matching you with strangers, you’ll choose whether to accept our suggested matches with local, verified, community members who are already going your way. Your shared trips will lower your cost of driving and strengthen your community connections.
